Working with the right supply partners is an important part of what makes us successful. We are always interested in hearing from suppliers who can help us exceed our customers' expectations.

Here are some things you should know about doing business with D+H:

  • D+H policies and actions are shaped to such a way as to promote environmental protection in ways that meet the needs of the present without compromising the needs of the future. We favour those suppliers who provide environmentally responsible products and share our commitment to sustainability through concrete policies and actions.
  • We believe that open and transparent communication with our suppliers makes for a successful relationship. Any company doing business with D+H will receive regular feedback on what’s working and what areas, if any, still have some room for improvement.
  • D+H prefers to use its own standard contracts (Master Agreements, Statement(s) of Work, Service Level Agreements, etc) for the goods and services we purchase. In the interests of ensuring a productive working relationship, our selected suppliers always have the opportunity to review and comment on these documents before any final agreement is signed.
  • All purchase orders issued by D+H are subject to terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions are posted on this site and we ask that you review them before agreeing to do any work for D+H.
