Express®

Built on the basis of deep industry knowledge, D+H Express provides robust, out-of-the-box functionality for rapid deal throughput and management. It captures rich data and provides lenders the tools needed to analyze that data for improved program management, creating a significant market advantage for the lender. In real time, users have access to invaluable information on credit risk, cross-portfolio exposure, and portfolio trends – information that is critical to managing and responding to changes in portfolio risk.

Express offers built-in connectivity to a wide variety of industry partners, including mortgage originators (through D+H Expert® or their own proprietary mortgage origination networks), title insurance providers, mortgage insurance providers, appraisal companies, credit bureaus, document imaging services, and more.

D+H Express is fully configurable, allowing lenders to incorporate their own business rules, credit policies, and conditions. Lenders can also design their workflows according to their own business processes. Role-based users are provided access to manage products, rates, default conditions, exception conditions, deal statuses, and security passwords – ensuring Express remains responsive to the unique needs of individual customers.

Express incorporates sophisticated fraud management tools to limit lenders’ risk. Fraud management features include checks for duplicated or ”like” applications, with application source validations and other data validations designed to ensure that underwriting decisions are based on legitimate information.
