D+H Real Forms™ is our offline electronic form/contract preparation software providing REALTORS® in Ontario with the full OREA standard forms kit. Real Forms installs directly on the REALTORS® PC or laptop, giving them access to the full suite of OREA forms, even when not connected to the Internet. Real Forms offers customizable, up-to-date forms, contracts and clauses with full editing, multi-tasking, and auto-completion functionality. Forms can be generated on an as-needed basis, saving the costs associated with purchasing and storing preprinted forms. An easy-to-navigate, user-friendly interface simplifies our electronic forms solution. Forms appear on screen as they do in their pre-printed format, eliminating learning curves and making form completion easy for REALTORS®. REALTORS® who are interested in evaluating our OREA standard forms offline product should also download the full version. Please note the word 'Sample' will appear on printed or emailed forms until you activate your copy.

TREB members should install the full 2012 Real Forms kits and activate the TREB version, which includes the full OREA standard forms package with TREB branding and individual forms.

REALTORS® who use the D+H DMS® system for their board's MLS® solution should also download the Real Forms auto-populate utility, which enables you to download listings into the forms agreements.
