D+H Marketplace™ is an on-demand web service that enables e-commerce for the Canadian mortgage industry. Through Marketplace, brokers and lenders can conveniently communicate and conduct business with a broad array of Canadian mortgage industry partners and suppliers.

Tailored to the needs of the mortgage industry, Marketplace is a dynamic hub providing a single point of access to third-party mortgage service providers across Canada. Connectivity is pre-built into D+H’s Expert^® (mortgage origination) and Express^® (mortgage underwriting) platforms, and offers customers:

• Choice: access to a wide selection of service providers and products, including closing services, CRM providers, credit bureau agencies, mortgage and life and disability insurers, originators, lenders, and appraisal services
• Improved efficiencies: ability to save time and money by being able to reach and conduct business with a variety of industry participants through a single site. And because it’s pre-integrated with Express and Expert, customers don’t have to re-enter information into other systems
• Access to new offerings: opportunities to learn about new industry suppliers, products, and services as soon as they are introduced
